32 Hours | $695; $720*

This course incorporates an overview of instructional strategies, design, and practices for adult learning settings. Various instructional approaches, classroom management techniques, and the effective use of visual aids and handouts will be covered. Participants will develop informational presentations based upon the technical instruction and individual research requirements. Instruction and hands-on exercises on specific safety and health topics will be provided. The course includes "teach back" sessions to apply the adult learning techniques and effective safety and health training knowledge and skills.
