This course was established to certify individuals to teach “Qualified Flagger” training, as specified by Texas Department of Transportation 2004 Standard Specification Items 7 and 502. After successful completion of this course, including physical demonstrations and teach-backs demonstrating teaching skills, the student will be equipped to train “qualified flaggers” within their own organizations.
