ELECTRICAL SAFETY

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course is intended to provide participants who might be exposed to electrical hazards (such as electric shock, electrocution, fires, and explosions) with the ability fo recognize and minimize such hazards.
COURSE CONTENT INCLUDES:
- Electrical concepts
- Hazard recognition and control
- Definitions and terminology
- Safe work practices
- Lockout-tagout
- Electrical equipment
- Wiring special systems
- Applicable regulatory requirements
- Components of an OSHA-compliant electrical safety program
CERTIFICATE:
Upon successful completion, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion.
