This course is designed to fulfill training requirements for hazardous waste cleanup workers listed within Title 29 Code of Federal Regulations 1910.120(e). Topics include: scope, application, and definitions; safety and health programs; site characterization and analysis; site control; training; medical surveillance; engineering controls, work practices, and personal protective equipment; monitoring; site safety and health plans; drums and containers; decontamination; and on-site emergencies.

Notes:

This training will be conducted via Microsoft Teams, and no software download is required. Participants must have a PC or Mac computer with audio and video capabilities, and an uninterrupted internet connection. Participants must present a government-issued photo ID to attend this training.

Eugene Stabulis has instructed for UT Arlington since 2014. He has instructed in the fields of health and safety, OSHA, fire safety and hazardous materials. Eugene has also served as one of a team of Fire Service Instructors at the Fort Monmouth Fire Academy from its inception in 1998, instructing both Military and Civilians who were seeking Dept. of Defense fire service certification classes. He specialized in Fire Service Instructor, CPR, Bloodborne Pathogens as well as American Red Cross Emergency Responder Certification Classes.
