| ENV432 | Construction General Permit Compliance
This course provides background information for contractors providing stormwater activities to satisfy the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES), and the Texas Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (TPDES), as required under Construction General Permit TXR150000, as established by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).

This training provides background information on TxDOT Standard Construction Specifications Item 160 "Topsoil", Item 161 "Compost", Item 162 "Sodding for Erosion Control", Item 164 "Seeding for Erosion Control", Item 166 "Fertilizer", Item 168 "Vegetative Watering" and Item 169 "Soil Retention Blankets."
