This course provides valuable information on project management. It teaches you to organize and deliver your next project, no matter what type you may be managing. It is a high-quality, interactive, facilitator-led course designed to fully prepare participants to manage work and control small to medium sized projects. Participants concentrate on practical methodology for Project Management based on accepted best practices, as defined in the PMBOK® Guide, 6th Ed. Various methods of planning a project are examined that enable the project manager to deliver on time, within budget, and within scope.

Participants are provided with valuable information about specific project management execution and control processes and how to use them. Specific project processes are discussed in detail and focus on best practice inputs, tools and techniques and outputs that are useful in preparing for professional certification, such as the Project Management Professional (PMP®) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) exams.
