COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Clear expectations and thoughtful evaluations are key to employee development and organizational success. This course provides supervisors, crew leaders, and managers with a practical roadmap for creating and delivering performance plans and evaluations that motivate, guide, and build stronger teams.

Designed for public works, construction, and safety professionals with supervisory responsibilities, this full-day training emphasizes hands-on learning through practical exercises that guide participants through every stage of the evaluation process—from goal setting to final assessment.

Participants will gain practical tools and strategies to establish effective performance plans and conduct constructive evaluations that align with agency goals and individual development.
