Warehouses are an integral part of the modern supply chain. This course addresses how effective and efficient warehouse management will minimize cost and maximize value. Each core warehouse process and the impact on today's supply chain will be discussed. In addition, the impact of current trends such as e-commerce, lean methodologies, and reverse logistics will also be discussed. Students will leave this course with a practical understanding of warehouse management principles.
