This hands-on course teaches participants how to use Microsoft Excel to track, control, and analyze inventory effectively. Learners will develop skills in organizing inventory data, using formulas and functions to monitor stock levels, and creating reports and charts to support purchasing and forecasting decisions. Emphasis is placed on practical tools for improving accuracy, reducing shortages and overstock, and enhancing overall inventory management efficiency.
