This practical course is designed to help HR professionals use Microsoft Excel to manage, analyze, and report workforce data more effectively. Participants will learn to organize employee information, track attendance and performance metrics, apply formulas and functions, and create reports and visual dashboards. Emphasis is placed on real-world HR applications such as hiring analytics, compliance tracking, and workforce planning to improve efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
