Lean Six Sigma Green Belt candidates are provided an overview of Lean, Six Sigma and the DMAIC problem-solving methodology. Included are both statistical and non-statistical techniques used for continuous process improvement such as process definition, process flow diagrams, data collection techniques, measurement techniques, causes of process variation, Pareto diagrams, histograms, cause and effect diagrams, control charts and process capability analysis. Unlike many certification courses that only prepare you to take an exam, our interactive classroom experience emphasizes strategic thinking, flexibility, teamwork, and communication skills.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. All of our Lean Six Sigma courses are test prep courses for the exam.
2. The exam will not be administered during class.
3. The on-site class will be simulcast via Go-To-Meeting and you will be able to answer questions via chat and view the in class lecture and presentations.
