conducting Phase I & Phase II Environmental Site Assessments following
federal requirements. Topics include:
• How to obtain records, site inspections, identify possible risk of
contamination, historical photos, environmental liens, conduct
interviews and how to write your final environmental site assessment
report.
• Explain basic concepts of sampling plan development and field
screening techniques and documentation.
• Identify the different types of sampling methods and protocols for
waste, water/groundwater and soil.
• Interpret laboratory data and discuss the Standard Guide for
Environmental Site Assessments: Phase II Environmental Site
