Whether it's how you sound and look, carry on a conversation, develop arguments or write e-mails and letters, you must be able to communicate clearly and concisely. This skill is a valued commodity in all business environments. The business communication certificate program will help you to develop a polished communication style that projects credibility and professionalism. This program consists of five required courses.
In order to obtain an overall program certificate for the Business Communication Certificate Program, participants must complete an application and submit a nonrefundable $50 fee by the completion of the second course. Upon completion of a certificate program students must notify the Continuing Education office.
