Leadership and Management for the Remote Workplace

This 8-hour course is designed to equip current and aspiring leaders with the skills needed to effectively manage and lead remote and hybrid teams. As workplaces continue to evolve, strong virtual leadership is essential for maintaining productivity, communication, accountability, and team engagement.

Participants will explore practical strategies for managing remote employees, building trust in virtual environments, and maintaining clear communication across digital platforms. The course also addresses common challenges such as performance management, team collaboration, and fostering a positive remote work culture.

Through real-world examples and applied techniques, learners will gain actionable tools to lead distributed teams with confidence and effectiveness.

Total Program Cost: $349* (Cost does not include the $50.00 Certificate Fee). Upon successful completion of the program, participants are required to complete the Leadership and Management for the Remote Workplace OVERALL Certificate Request Form, submit it to the Continuing Education office, and pay a $50.00 processing fee.


Courses are Live Webcasts
All courses are delivered as live, instructor-led webcasts, allowing participants to engage in real-time learning from any location. Sessions are conducted online via Zoom, providing opportunities for interaction, discussion, and hands-on guidance. Participants will be able to ask questions, collaborate with peers, and gain practical insights in a convenient and accessible virtual environment.
