Business Writing Basics
The Business Writing Basics course is for individuals who are responsible for creating business correspondence in the form of business letters, e-mail memos and messages. You will learn effective e-mail techniques and the structural/conceptual basics of the business letter. A portion of this class is dedicated to drafting and reviewing letters and e-mails.
