This program will explore the participant's responsibility to ensure an inclusive work environment that is supportive and engaging. Participants will gain the perceptual, institutional, and psychological processes that impact the ways people interact with each other. Participants will explore building employee engagement and identifying interventions surrounding unconscious bias and specific diversity and inclusion strategies.
