Course Description

Yoga exercises for the body, mind and spirit. Relax and re-energize at the end of the day with relaxation techniques, gentle stretching and breathing exercises. Designed to clear the mind of the daily worries and promote better sleep, lessen tensions and improve stamina. Classes consist of mind clearing relaxation and centering, pranayama (breathing exercise), and asanas (yoga exercises) followed by a guided relaxation/meditation. Students will need to have a yoga sticky mat. Optional equipment: Yoga block and strap
