This course provides attendees with skills to improve reasoning, root cause analysis, and their decision making skills. Numerous techniques for conceptualizing, analyzing, synthesizing, evaluating, and applying information are provided. Problem solving, decision making, and planning skills will be discussed. Learn methods to gather information by observation, interviewing, experience, reflection, reasoning, and communication.
Participants must present a government-issued photo ID in order to attend this training.
