This training focuses on the principles and procedures which shape behavior and actions in the workplace. We focus on thoughts, attitudes, and behaviors that can influence safe behavior, drawing on extensive research to discuss the psychology of safety. Participants will also examine how to properly collect and analyze behavioral data, how to assess people, goal setting, and how to set smart goals. This training course is both a psychological study and helpful guide for achieving a safety culture.
