This full-day course offers a comprehensive introduction to lean healthcare, the eight wastes, and essential lean tools. Participants engage in a multi-round, hands-on simulation designed to help them identify and address waste in real time. Interactive lectures between simulation rounds build understanding of when and how to apply lean tools for lasting results. After each round, key metrics are reviewed to demonstrate measurable improvements in both process performance and the overall work environments.
