The Agile is a particular approach to project management that is utilized in software development. This method assists teams in responding to the unpredictability of constructing software. It uses incremental, iterative work sequences that are commonly known as sprints.

This course will introduce Agile/Scrum Methodology by providing hands on exercises to understand and apply the principles of Agile/Scrum project management. This course will provide a practical knowledge that can be applied immediately to enhance job performance and productivity.
