The Lean Healthcare Academy is an immersive 4-day training series focused on practical application of key lean tools. Through hands-on simulations and interactive in-class exercises, participants are prepared to drive improvements in their own departments. Guided by expert instructors, attendees define and scope real-world improvement projects during the course, and leave with a concrete action plan for implementation after training concludes.
