This interactive, two-day course provides students a high-quality, facilitator-led course designed to fully prepare them to initiate and plan small to medium size projects. This course concentrates on a practical methodology for Project Management based on accepted best practices, as defined in the PMBOK® Guide 6th Edition. The projects discussed will be useful in preparing for professional certification, such as the Project Management Professional (PMP®) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) exams.
