Course Description

Learn how to make your own decadent chocolate creations in this hands-on cooking class.

Students will make:

  • Double Chocolate Fudge Cake
  • Chocolate Mousse (garnished with a chocolate dipped strawberry)
  • "Turtle" Brownies
  • Students will also learn about the history of chocolate, as well as techniques for successfully working with it.
