Course Description

Conference Overview
If you have not updated your program since last year, you are NOT in OSHA compliance. In August, 2016, OSHA increased their fines significantly. They can now range from $12,471 to $124,709 per infraction for willful and serious violations. Those kinds of fines could put a practice out of business very quickly. Ignorance of the law is not an excuse in OSHA’s eyes.

The purpose of this workshop is to teach you the aspects of regulatory laws that affect a small medical practice. It will explain the latest OSHA regulations; how they pertain to you; and give you the tools you need in order to have a compliant program.
