Blast off into an out-of-this-world adventure taught in ASL! Campers will embark on a journey through the stars as they dive into the mysteries of outer space. From designing their own rockets to exploring the planets in our solar system, kids will engage in hands-on activities that ignite their curiosity about astronomy. They'll learn about black holes, constellations, and the science behind space travel, all while imagining what it takes to be an astronaut. Please note this camp does not teach ASL, rather, ASL is the primary language.
KTU follows the 2024-2025 Academic Calendar for grade level placement.
This camp is Girl Scout Badge Eligible: Space Science Adventurer Badge for Brownies (3rd graders) or Space Science Investigator Baddge for Juniors (4-5th graders)
