Build on the foundational skills introduced in Level 1 by developing advanced technical writing techniques for professional and technical environments. This course focuses on creating complex documents, improving readability, organizing detailed information, incorporating visuals, and writing for diverse audiences. Participants will strengthen their editing and revision skills while applying industry best practices to produce polished, accurate, and user-centered technical documentation for a variety of workplace settings.
