Jerry W. Green is an educator and former corporate executive with extensive experience across higher education, organizational transformation, and quality management. He serves as an Assistant Professor at Liberty University, where he teaches statistics, research methods, and industrial-organizational psychology and chairs doctoral committees. His academic work is grounded in more than seven years of teaching and a strong record of applying best practices for adult learners.Dr. Green has held senior leadership roles in large and small organizations, leading enterprise-wide initiatives in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and Design Thinking. He authored A Guide to Lean Healthcare Workflows and delivered multimillion-dollar performance improvements. He holds a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a certified PMPĀ®.
