COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Effective conflict resolution is an essential skill for any public works leader or supervisor. This course is designed to equip professionals with the tools, strategies, and awareness needed to navigate conflict constructively-before it disrupts teams, projects, or community trust.

Throughout this interactive, full-day course, participants will explore each phase of conflict resolution in a structured format, supported by team-based exercises and real-world applications. The curriculum blends practical knowledge with hands-on activities to promote better communication, stronger teams, and healthier work environments.
