This course develops the communication and presentation skills needed to build confidence, professionalism, and credibility in the workplace. Participants will learn how to communicate clearly, deliver effective presentations, and engage audiences in professional settings. Emphasis is placed on verbal and nonverbal communication, active listening, and presenting ideas with clarity and confidence.
