This 16-hour Human Resource Coordinator Bootcamp provides participants with a practical, hands-on foundation in core human resources functions. Designed for new HR professionals, administrative staff transitioning into HR roles, and managers seeking HR fundamentals, the bootcamp focuses on the day-to-day responsibilities of an HR Coordinator in a modern workplace.

Participants will gain an overview of employment standards, recruitment and onboarding processes, employee records management, HR documentation, and workplace policies. The course also covers essential topics such as payroll basics, benefits administration, performance management support, employee relations, and compliance with relevant labor and employment legislation.

Through interactive discussions, real-world scenarios, and applied exercises, learners will develop the skills needed to support HR operations efficiently and professionally.
