COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This is the primary course for all personnel involved in the design, layout, and maintenance of traffic control devices on public roadways.

Effective conflict resolution is an essential skill for any public works leader or supervisor. This course is designed to equip professionals with the tools, strategies, and awareness needed to navigate conflict constructively-before it disrupts teams, projects, or community trust.
Throughout this interactive, full-day course, participants will explore each phase of conflict resolution in a structured format, supported by team-based exercises and real-world applications.
