Description:

The management system course provides the participant the opportunity to design the core elements of a management system for environmental, risk, safety and health programs. The goal of this course is to assist participants in the design and development of a management system through classroom instruction, case studies and student exercise activities. Participants must be available to attend all three sessions, see course details.

  • Participants must present a government-issued photo ID in order to attend this training.

Technical Requirements:

This training will be conducted via Microsoft Teams. No software download is required, however participants are required to have the following:

  • A stable internet connection – broadband wired or wireless (3G or 4G/LTE)
  • Speakers and a microphone – built-in or USB plug-in or wireless Bluetooth (note: you can use the microphone and receiver built into your smart phone, however, earphones with a microphone are recommended)
  • A webcam or HD webcam
Session 1: Policy and Planning | 36 Hours First Four Days 8:00-5:00; Last Day 8:00-12:00 Mar 22-26, 2021 Session 2: Implementation and Operational Control | 32 Hours All days: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Dates changed from Apr 20-23, 2021 to Apr 27-30, 2021 Session 3: Performance Assurance | 24 Hours All days: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Jun 1-3, 2021 Technical Requirements: This training will be conducted via WebEx. No software download is required. Participants are required to have a PC/Mac, stable internet connection., and a microphone. A webcam is recommended but not required.
