"Jeffrey L. Campbell is a Chemist with over 30 years of experience in the transportation, safety, and environmental fields. His work experience includes working as a laborer and equipment operator in both construction and general industry settings. Laboratory roles include a process bench chemist in Refinery, petrochemical, and ethanol plants and an approval chemist for Hazardous Waste and Non-Hazardous Waste Treatment, Storage and Disposal Facilities. Mr. Campbell obtained his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry Education at McNeese State University and has been teaching and training in different capacities since the mid 1980's when he taught high school chemistry and mathematics. He is currently an instructor for Environmental Team Resources and serves as an adjunct instructor for the U.S. Department of Transportation, the University of Texas at Arlington, Lamar Institute of technology, and McNeese State University."K M Coordinator

Subjects covered include proper storage and handling procedures; precautions for hazardous waste operations; and processes for handling flammable and combustible liquids, compressed gases, and cryogenic liquids.
