Participants will be able to implement a workplace Safety and Health Management Program (SHMP) according to OSHA's Recommended Practices for Safety and Health Programs and related guidance. The course covers the fundamentals of occupational safety and health management program (SHMP), SHMP recordkeeping requirements, and how to assess workplace safety and health management program.

Scot Rudolph
Scot A. Rudolph is a senior Safety, Health, Environmental, and Security (SHE/HSE/HSSE) leader with more than 20 years of experience directing enterprise-level safety, risk management, and emergency response programs across the energy, construction, manufacturing, marine, and industrial sectors. He has extensive expertise in EPC and EPCM project environments, contractor safety governance, enterprise risk management, and ISO-aligned HSE management systems. Rudolph has been recognized for crisis leadership during major incidents, including the BP Deepwater Horizon response where he helped protect more than 15,000 responders with zero fatalities, and the Enviva Port of Chesapeake deflagration.
