Digital Governance Certificate

This course begins with a focus on the historical and contemporary digital landscape and its impact on governmental agencies and their behaviors. Next, the course delves into the application of digital tools and practices to improve and assess public service delivery. Lastly, the course covers essential questions related to the role of the digital sphere in achieving public goals and future of governance in the increasingly internet-operated society.
