This course introduces the principles of effective technical writing, including audience analysis, document organization, writing style, grammar, formatting, and visual communication. Participants will learn how to produce user-focused documents such as procedures, instructions, reports, and workplace communications while applying industry best practices for clarity, consistency, and usability.
