This course introduces the basic workplace procedures used in criminal justice and public safety environments, with an emphasis on supporting daily operational and case-related functions. Participants learn how civilian staff assist with case organization, task tracking, and administrative support within law enforcement and court systems. The course focuses on following established procedures, maintaining accurate information flow, and supporting investigators and supervisors through structured workplace processes.
