This course introduces the communication skills needed to work effectively in public safety and criminal justice environments. Participants learn how to write clear, accurate workplace messages, prepare basic reports, and communicate professionally with coworkers, supervisors, and the public in structured, high-responsibility settings. Emphasis is placed on clarity, tone, confidentiality, and attention to detail in administrative and support roles within law enforcement, courts, and emergency services.
