This course provides an overview of how the criminal justice system operates and the roles of civilian employees within law enforcement, courts, and corrections. Participants explore the structure and function of public safety agencies and gain an understanding of how administrative and support staff contribute to daily operations. Emphasis is placed on workplace expectations, basic procedures, and the professional environments found in criminal justice settings.
