Business Communications Certificate

Implementing the theories of public speaking and rhetoric
Building and managing a major project
Acquiring the principles of Instructional Design
Even if you have completed other writing courses or certificate programs, this program is designed to exponentially advance your relationship to professional oral and written communication, thus increasing your credibility.
Upon successful completion of this certificate program, participants will not only have acquired a new set of communication skills but will also have developed a professional portfolio consisting of at least seven documents. As a result, participants will increase their confidence as a professional communicator, while establishing a higher level of common ground with any reader or listener.

Upon completion of the program, participants must complete the Business Communications Certificate Request Form, submit it to the Continuing Education office and pay the $50.00 processing fee.
