It is a high-quality, interactive, facilitator-led course designed to fully prepare participants to manage work and control small to medium sized projects. Participants concentrate on practical methodology for Project Management based on accepted best practices, as defined in the PMBOK® Guide, 6th Ed. Various methods of planning a project are examined that enable the project manager to deliver on time, within budget, and within scope.
