Project Management Certificate Bootcamp

In this accelerated bootcamp program you will have the opportunity to become familiar with many of the important components of project management including project initiation and planning, project execution, implementation, and control.

In just one week you will develop an understanding of what defines a project, how to manage competing project demands, including scope, schedule, and budget, as well as how to be a successful project manager. You will gain knowledge of project management; including project life cycles, project phases, and final deliver of a project.
