What’s in this program? This program prepares you for the entry level position as a clinical administrator. You’ll learn the interpersonal and clinical skills necessary in the Medical Administrative Assistant section. Then the program will cover in detail the skills needed to handle the "paperwork" part of administration, training you in the skills of an Electronic Health Records Specialist. Lastly this program will go through all the Medical and Billing codes for ICD-9 and ICD-10 giving you an introduction to the knowledge and skills of a Medical Billing and Coding Specialist.

Included in the program tuition are the preparation material and exam vouchers for the National Healthcareer Association’s (NHA) Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) Certification exam, Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) Certification exam, and Certified Electronic Health Records Specialist (CEHRS) Certification exam.
