This course will offer a complete explanation of the litigation process, from the time the client walks into the office through trial and post-judgment. Students will learn about document preparation, discovery, scheduling, court technology and working with Court personnel. Each student will prepare a mock trial notebook, complete with materials needed for assisting at trial. Prerequisites: Ethics or Civil Law
