Our UTA Teen Academies are designed for exceptional students seeking unique and impactful summer learning opportunities. These invite-only camps require an application and offer unparalleled access to expert faculty, innovative projects, and hands-on experiences.
Entry to Engineering Teen AcademyIn partnership with UTA's College of Engineering, this one-week day camp introduces middle school students to the exciting field of engineering. Discover how engineering improves communities, supports the environment, and enhances lives. Campers will engage in hands-on projects, visit engineering workplaces, and explore how different types of engineering contribute to a better world.
DFW Future Leaders Teen AcademyIn collaboration with UTA's College of Architecture, Planning, and Public Affairs (CAPPA), this dynamic one-week program equips teens with the tools to address real-world challenges. Participants will learn from inspiring Metroplex leaders, develop critical thinking and collaboration skills, and design a community leadership event. Gain insights into civic leadership roles and ignite your passion for creating meaningful change.
