Sustainability Workshop
(Prepare a Strategic Sustainability Plan)

This hands-on course will equip you to develop sustainability strategies, reporting frameworks and management systems. This course is a facilitated hands-on course, and not for spectators. Participants will learn through practice how to perform a life cycle analysis, make a business case for sustainability, establish employee awareness, and over 17 other skills critical to sustainability professionals. We will be introducing concepts then guiding the group through an exercise to sharpen skills in that area. If you are new to the field of sustainability or a seasoned practitioner, this course is a good way to sharpen skills and help you promote sustainability performance as a business or career. This intensive workshop is ideal for a team of people who want to develop a plan with input form their peers under the guidance of a skilled facilitator.
