Course Description

Tired of the high cost and environmental impact of commercial cleaning supplies? Learn to make your own cleaning supplies using organic plant oils and scrubbing ingredients that are often gentle enough to eat, then take home a basket with the essentials for cleaning every room of your house. This class will be taught by the author of A Walk Through Dandylyon's Garden: Enhancing Your Life Through Natural Botanicals, Amber Royer. Supplies and required book are included in course fee.

In this class you will make:

Spicy Citrus All-Purpose Cleaner - Unleash the grease cutting power of orange oil and the disinfectant power of cloves.

Minty Disinfectant Soap - The peppermint in this soap will keep you awake while you clean. Lemony Vinegar Glass Cleaner - Cut streaks with lemon and vinegar.

Forest Scented Bathroom Scrub - Sometimes it just doesn't smell clean unless it has a piney scent. Maybe that's because tea tree oil is such a powerful anti-fungal, anti-viral germ killer that it is perfect for the bathroom.

Lavender Carpet Sprinkle - Use a calming mixture that includes real lavender flowers to neutralize odors in your carpet.
