Learn to play the piano, with both hands, without reading music!
You will learn to play the piano using sheet music or song books while playing with both hands and your right hand will be doing much more than picking out the melody line with one finger. You will learn to play rich and full accompaniment, WITHOUT reading music!
You will also learn basic music theory, how to transpose from one key to another, the basic steps of improvisation, (making up music as you go), and much more. You will learn how to play many songs using only 3 chords.
Have you ever wanted to sit down at a piano and have your friends or family gather around and sing while you play rich and full accompaniment, WITHOUT having to read music? If so, this is the Piano Course for you!
This course is for those brand new to music and also for the seasoned player who would like to learn how to play without reading music.
You may bring your portable keyboard to class. This is not required.
