Accident Investigation Certificate Program

This is a combination course of the SH 601 and SH 701, and takes participants step-by-step through the entire accident investigation process, as well as how to conduct their investigations consistently, and how to perform a root cause analysis. Participants will conduct investigations for multiple simulated accidents as well as participate in workshops and case studies.
